At the Georgetown Housing Authority, our mission is to provide safe, decent, sanitary, and affordable housing opportunities to the citizens of Georgetown County, SC.
To do that, we offer the following services to our residents:
- Security cameras throughout all the properties.
- Off-duty officers patrolling the property for security.
- Upgrading the grounds and properties through our capital improvement plan.
- On-site maintenance workers.
- After hours maintenance services for emergencies.
- A variety of after-school and child development programs.
- Partnerships with area agencies offering additional assistance for veterans, and more!
